Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving the original order.

Please ensure the product received matches your order by verifying the SKU/barcode on the product tag against the invoice sent by email.

Returns are not accepted for items purchased during sales or promotions.
Accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Items damaged due to wear, use, or improper handling will not be considered faulty.

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us and must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

All items are carefully inspected before shipping and upon return. The original invoice must be included with all returns.

Items may be returned without original packaging if all tags remain attached and the product is well protected. However, certain items, such as shoes, must be returned in their original packaging as stated on the return label.

Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days from the date we receive the returned items.
